We are looking for a data specialist to lead on designing and implementing a new database bringing together biological and environmental data to facilitate research on the conservation of Atlantic salmon. This 3 yr full-time post will be based in the Biological and Environmental Sciences , University of Stirling.

PhD opportunity under the IAPETUS2 NERC scheme, hosted at Heriot Watt University (Edinburg, Scotland) with main supervisors Prof. A. Sweetman (Heriot Watt) and Tracy Shimmield (British Geological Survey) and co-supervised by myself, Ruth Parker and Stefan Bolam (Cefas – Centre for Environment Fisheries and Aquaculture Science, Lowestoft, England).
